- Contractor's Information Form Scope of Work Fee Collection Services Bidding Schedule Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-0062 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC): 2005-88, Effective: June 15, 2016. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561613, Other Computer Related Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5 Million. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The following is the list of items and descriptions requested under this RFQ: Item Quantity Unit Unit Price Total Cost Collection of Day Use Fee Vaults 44 ea $ $ FOB Destination (location is designated locations at the Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake in Monroe City, Missouri) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (PoP): The PoP is the date of the award through December 31, 2016 with four options to renew for a total (duration) of five years.
