- SOW SOLICITATION CLAUSES SF-1442 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number AG-4389-S-16-0004 is issued as a request for quotations and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-87. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 238350. The small business size standard is 500 people. This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business. SouthEast Watershed Research Laboratory Tifton, G A is looking to renovate unused area into two work areas and one office. A statement of work is attached to this solicitation. Projected range is between $50,000 and $90,000 All contractors must visit the site and acquaint themselves with the condition of the unused space, dimensions, and site conditions prior to submitting a quotation. The contact on site will be Mr. Hector Rodriguez at 229-869-3560. Site visits will be August 08-10, 2016 by calling Mr. Rodriguez. Failure to visit the site prior to quoting will be grounds for rejection of quotations. Failure to become acquainted with the site will not relieve contractors from full responsibility for a complete job as specified. Unused area drawings are provided and are concept drawings. Acceptance of the standard commercial warranty does not waive the Government's rights under the Inspection clause nor does it limit the Governments' rights with regard to the other terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the standard commercial warranty. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty (if applicable) with its response. You will need to have the proper state and local licenses for the job. Submittals should include: Price Quotation List of proposed subcontractors. Past performance references for similar work. Preliminary schedule Evaluation of Quote: The Government anticipates awarding a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offer or whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered (Technical specifications and Past Performance. Award will be based on a tradeoff analysis.
