- NSN 1560-01-131-0776, PR 64239365; door, access, aircraft; A-10 Aircraft Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available in CFolders. Item is IAW basic drawing NR 2651 160D117204 REV NRL DTD 9/24/2006 Part Piece Number 160D117204-11. This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 33 each. This is a Critical Application item with Export Control. This is not a Critical Safety Item per Critical Item Data Viewer. Digital Mylar is required. Item is Government Furnished property. Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies as well. Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation applies. The Delivery Objective is 90 days ARO for the delivery of Government First Article, 120 days for Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor and 400 days delivery of Production. The delivery was based on 20 % of the Integrated Data Sheet (IDS) PLT. The requested total delivery would be 610 days or best possible. Terms and Conditions for production unit is FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaprocurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
