- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to make a sole source award to RehabPlus Staffing Group, Inc for Clinical West Occupational Health Support Services to support Program Support Center - Occupational Health Portfolio (PSC-OHP) formerly known as Federal Occupational Health (FOH). The Contractor shall recruit, orient, train, and oversee physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical administrative support personnel, technical medical assistants, health educators, and other professionals as necessary, to deliver required services and operate existing and future FOH Provision Sites (SPSs). Locations of SPSs include FOH Occupational Health Centers (OHCs), FOH Area Offices, and remote sites throughout the contract area. Services shall be performed at the FOH SPSs. This acquisition is for modification of the existing contract, HHSP233201500005C. The contract ceiling will be increased by $2,417,632.91. The period of performance will consist of a 6-month ordering period including a 3-month option period and a 3-month option period. This award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive orders. However, all responsible sources will submit a capability statement within fifteen (15) calendar days after the publication which shall be considered by the agency. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is August 2016.
