- Amendment 0001 is issued to correct the point of contact email address for submitting proposals. The correct email is ttenholder@usbr.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal for a time-and-material-price service contract for a Base year and two (2) option years to identify population of origin from juvenile salmonid tissue samples from the Tracy Fish Collection Facility, other CVP facilities, and associated monitoring programs using appropriate genetic methods and appropriate stable isotope methods. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) with complete details will be issued with the solicitation. The solicitation number will be R16PS01180. This requirement is being advertised under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541690 `Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services¿, which has a small business size standard of $15M. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business. Solicitation R16PS01180 will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov) and Fed Connect (www.fed.connect.net) on or about Tuesday, August 16, 2016. The anticipated due date for receipt of proposals will be Friday, August 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). All questions regarding this requirement must be submitted via e-mail to ttenholder@usbr.gov or fhenthorne@usbr.gov by no later than Friday, August 19, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. PST. All proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to ttenholder@usbr.gov, no proposals will be accepted via FBO/Fed Connect. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
