Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a 'Brand Name or Equal' commercial contract 'SDVOSB Set Aside for an Ophthalmic Ceiling Mount Motorized Telescopic Height Adjustment Microscope System with components for the Topeka, Kansas VA Medical Center. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 2 August 2016.
