- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Equipment Services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout Connecticut to include the following locations; Black Rock Lake Project Office in Thomaston, CT; Colebrook River Lake Project Office in Colebrook, CT; Goshen Radio Relay Station in Goshen, CT; Hancock Brook Lake Project Office in Plymouth, CT; Hop Brook Lake Project Office in Middlebury, CT; Northfield Brook Lake in Thomaston, CT; Naugatuck River Basin Office in, Middlebury, CT and Stamford Hurricane Barrier in Stamford, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Equipment Services for each BPA Call under the agreement. Services will be rendered to Corps of Engineers project sites throughout New Hampshire. The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be a period of 12 months from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall have a 12- month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may not exceed $25,000 in total cost. The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is to provide the government with a cost-effective way to support U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects throughout New England. This solicitation will be available on or about 17-AUGUST-2016. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self-register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
