- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation No. AG-32SD-S-16-0039 is issued as an RFQ (Request for Quotation.) (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. (iv) This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business; the NAICS code is 423820. 100 employees is the small business size standard. (v) Double-walled Stainless Steel Grade Prime 304L 12' Gauge Side Walls 13' Gauge top cone No galvanized corrugated metal which is what we have now. Line Item No. 001, Grain only bins, 4800 Bushels, 5750 Cu. Ft., 39'2" Bin Length, 71' Auger Length, 8 Legs. Additional requirements: Six view glass each / 2 manholes each / safety cage and top safety rail - 5 ring bin / top air vents and backdraft damper. QUANTITY: 2. Line Item No. 002, Cake Bins, 1500 Bushels, 1800 Cu. Ft., 29'4" Bin Length, 61' Auger Length, 4 Legs. Additional requirements: 50 degree bottom cone each / epoxy lining - 1 ring including manhole and pokehole / natural draft air vent system / view glass, 4 each / slide gate funnel and 36" downspout / skin base. QUANTITY 2. Line Item No. 003, Grain only bin, 4800 Bushels, 5750 Cu. Ft., 39'2" Bin Length, 71' Auger Length, 8 Legs. Additional requirements: Three view glass / top manhole / pokehole / safety cage and top safety rail - 5 ring bin / two top air vents and backdraft damper / 8'x4' Double Skid / Auger Boot 8' / Rocket Air 30'6" (fan not included) / full centrifugal fan 5hp, 220V single phase. QUANTITY: 1. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
