Description

This pre-solicitation notice is for a Optical Time Domain Reflectometer Analyzer which shall be manufactured in accordance with Purchase Description SCAT 4310 dated 26 February 2016. The purchase description is attached to this pre-solicitation notice. The Government anticipates issuing a firm-fixed-price 5-year IDIQ contract with an estimated yearly quantity of 40 each. The Government plans to issue a single award. The planned contract periods are a three-year base period and two one-year option periods
