- NSN 1560-01-552-9639; IQC PR 1000049553; ITEM: AIRCRAFT SKIN; PARTS SHALL BE MANUFACTURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH BASIC DRAWING 81205 4-5000, REVISION J, DTD 12/21/07, PART PIECE NUMBER 4-5000-501. EXPORT CONTROL RESTRICTIONS APPLY. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) WITH A BASE YEAR AND FOUR ONE YEAR OPTION PERIODS (NOT TO EXCEED 60 MONTHS). THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 28 EACH. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AFTER THE EXCLUSION OF SOURCES). FIRST ARTICLE TESTING IS REQUIRED. DELIVERY OF THE FIRST ARTICLE UNITS WILL BE 180 DAYS ADO. GOVERNMENT TESTING, EVALUATION, AND NOTIFICATION WILL BE 120 DAYS. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTION UNITS WILL BE 180 DAYS AFTER FIRST ARTICLE APPROVAL. FOB IS AT DESTINATION. FIRST ARTICLE TERMS: INSPECTION AT ORIGIN, ACCEPTANCE AT DESTINATION. PRODUCTION UNIT TERMS: INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN. THIS SOLICITATION INCLUDES PROVISION 52.215-9023, REVERSE AUCTION. SINCE A REVERSE AUCTION MAY BE CONDUCTED, OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ACCESS THE PROCUREX SYSTEM TO SELF-REGISTER AND REVIEW THE AVAILABLE TRAINING TOOLS AT: DLA.PROCUREXINC.COM TO LEARN MORE ABOUT HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN AN AUCTION.
