Map of the delineated area. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Delaware City: Wilmington Delineated Area (see attached map): Beginning at the intersection of Delmarva Ln and Shipyard Dr and goes North on Delmarva Ln to Interstate 95 North, follows 95 to Delaware Ave / Rt. 52 then north on N Adams St to Brandywine Creek. Brandywine Creek to Christina River, follow Christina River to Pettinaro Park Dr, south on Justison St. back to intersection of Delmarva Ln and Shipyard Dr. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,238 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,550 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces: 19 Structured / Secured Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • Space shall be contiguous on a single floor. • Space shall be located on the second floor or above. • Space shall not be located on the top floor. • Proposed building cannot house immigration, probations, public defenders, and/or social services. • Proposed building cannot be within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics and/or day care facilities. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. • Reference project number: 5DE0012 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
