This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). It is required and essential that the primary use of the facilities continue uninterrupted throughout the contract period. Work, once commenced, shall be carried to completion with a minimum of interruption to Government operations. The contractor shall coordinate, in advance, with 341 Civil Engineer Squadron POC/Government Inspector and building manager (contact information to be supplied at award) when each work area will need to be cleared of all furniture and other items to allow the removal and installation of flooring to occur. It is the occupant's responsibility to remove all furniture, desks and items from the work area until after government inspection and to return all furniture and fixtures to their previous area. All work must be inspected within 24 hours of completion by 341 Civil Engineer Squadron POC/Government Inspector. Contractor may be present during the government inspection, but shall fix any items not in compliance with the Statements of Work within 48 hours of completion of the inspection. Please refer to the six (6) Statements of Work - one (1) SOW for each building - which include floor plans and specifications. (See Attachments 1-6) Floor plans are to be used by the contractor for quote calculations in place of a site visit. Attachment 7 is the Price List to be filled in, signed and returned as the quote. (vii) Upon notice of award, the contractor will have 90 days to complete this requirement at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana 59402.
