Description

The Veterans Administration Medical Center located at Alexandria LA Campus Pineville LA 71360 has a requirement for maintenance services for a Toshiba Rad Rex-I Xray. The System is: Va Medical Center Pineville LA 71360 RR/CM80DR/WS.000 (RADREX-I CEILING MOUNTED DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY SYSTEM 80 KW WITH ONE STATIONARY 17X17 INCH DR PANEL AND ONE WIRELESS 14X17 INCH DR PANEL) The Glassware is: 1 (ONE) DRX-6624HC, B (TUBE, X-RAY) The service contractor is required to be OEM licensed and certified to provide services, technical support and parts for the Toshiba Rad Rex-I Xray equipment identified above. This sources sought is looking for in order of priority Services Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB),or Small Business (SB) with the OEM certifications for performing these services. Please send your capabilities statement with a copy of your OEM Toshiba Certification by e-mail to J. Alex Smith at james.smith12@va.gov no later than close of business August 5, 2016. With your statement include your company name, DUNS number, the name of a point of contact and an e-mail address for the point of contact. No phone calls will be accepted.
