Description
This is a Sources Sought announcement only and is not a solicitation for proposals. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified firms. Responses to this Source Sought Notice will be used by the Government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. Scope: The Office of Consumer Response of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to procure software for address verification on a SalesForce platform. The software must include the below functionality: • Support both real-time and batch lookups for US-based addresses • Support type-ahead matching within forms • Support USPS addresses to include apartment numbers & PO Boxes, as well as and military sites • Return verified addresses in standardized format • Return codes to indicate the quality of the match (i.e., what elements of the address did or did not match) • Support multiple languages • Support TLS encryption • Support for Integration with SalesForce Native application, SalesForce Mobile and Salesforce Communities - (JavaScript libraries and integration instructions are acceptable) • Support for privacy In addition, the following features would be preferable: • Ability to do both real-time and batch lookups for and support for international addresses as well • Support for fuzzy matching or unordered address elements • Lightning Support - now or in the roadmap • Returns additional metadata along with verified addresses to include congressional district and geographic coordinates Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet the requirements described above. The capability statement must not exceed five (5) double-spaced pages and shall include the following information: 1) Company Name, DUNS Number, Address, Point of Contact, phone number and email address; 2) Corporate structure (corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, professional corporation, etc.) to include socioeconomic designation of the company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, etc.).; 3) References, including name, phone number and email address of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities identified in the responses; IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED, IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
