- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tallahassee Health Care Center needs to procure furniture, brand name or equal for the new facility, this is a SDVOSB Set-Aside. (ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is VA248-16-Q-1307. It's issued as a Request for Quotation. (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 (7-14-2016). (iv) The combined synopsis solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS is 337127. Business size standard is 500 employees.
