Description

1. This is a Sources Sought (SS) for a tentative requirement to provide the below listed services. 2. Contractor shall provide all resources (labor, materials/parts, tools, equipment, programming, and transportation) necessary to deploy a turn key Wayfinding System at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa FL. Software and licensing for Wayfinding platform technologies utilizing already existing kiosks (non VetLink) and the capability to integrate the Wayfinding platform in the VetLink kiosks currently in use at the hospital. See Draft SOW. 3. The Government may use the responses to this SS for information and planning purposes. The above describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ). A single firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. 4. This SS is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511. An organization that is not considered a SDVOSB or VOSB under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the availability of SDVOSBs and VOSBs in consideration of a socio-economic set-aside. 5. Interested parties submitting a response to this inquiry must include the following information: a. Name and address of company b. Primary point of contact, including phone number and e-mail address c. Applicable socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information, which demonstrates firm's ability to meet the requirement d. Experience. Brief descriptions of recent and relevant projects for tasks similar to those described above (1 page maximum) e. Business size (the applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541511) 6. Responses are due no later than 8 August 2016, 1:00PM EST. Point of contact: Mr. Carlos R. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a RFP/RFQ. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such.
