Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for HVAC Control Replacements at the Puget Sound VAMC in Washington. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA-260-16-Q-0758. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the small business size standard is $15 million. This procurement is set-aside for SDVOSB. 3. The intended contract period is from date of award until project completion. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 7/4/2016, and the anticipated closing date is 7/7/2016. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (238220) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations.
