Description

DRAFT PWS THIS IS a SOURCES SOUGHT notice ONLY. The Texas National Guard desires to procure a phone app. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promice to issue an RFQ, IFB, or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Custom Computer Programming Service Develop and build a phone app available for downlad to the general population on ISO, Android, Windows, and Blackberry platforms. Build on.NET programming platform with a MSSQL database. General Requirements : Integrated in the TMD Website, App should function to post on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Vine), Google Analytics, Allow for users to turn off "Push Notifications" by catagory. TMD will retain all "Rights, Trade Marks & Intellectual Property to the TMD APP and the winning bidder shall provide all design documents, use case flow, software, app code and any patentable technology created for this app. Attached is the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) In response to this sources sought, please answer the following: 1. Name of firm,address, point of contact, phone number, email, Cage code, businness size - ie SDB, 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, etc 2. capabilities statement to include past projects similiar in nature.
