Description

Bid Schedule Plans SF 1449 Solicitation The contract shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment and labor to jet and vacuum materials out of the following items: - Storm Sewer Pipe (18in V.C.P) - Storm Sewer Manholes (Each Manhole is roughtly 4ft deep with 3ft x 3 ft square base, no confined space entry is required due to shallow depth of structure) - Water Valve Boxes (see plan sheets) - 3in Floor Drain (with no P trap) - 1 3/4in Piezometer (4ft deep) Work shall include the following: 1. Remove/dispose of accumulated material within the items listed above. Accumulated materials consists of primarily of sand, silt, gravel, and grass clippings. 2. Following combination jet/vac operations, perform television inspections of all sections of 18in VCP pipe. A copy of all television shall be recorded and saved to a government furnished extermal hard drive.
