Description

The Government is seeking sources to provide towage services to U.S. military vessels in support of Naval Station Rota. The performance start date for this effort is 1 December 2016. The Government requests that potential sources provide capability statements demonstrating their ability to complete the requirements identified in the draft Performance Work Statement. Potential sources shall also provide documentation showing authorization to operate in the Bay of Cadiz or explain how they will obtain authorization to operate in the Bay of Cadiz prior to 1 December 2016.
