Attachment J-3: Specifications Attachment J-2: Drawings (2 of 2) Attachment J-2: Drawings (1 of 2) Attachment J-1: Wage Rate Decision No. MT160061, dated 07/22/2016 Request for Proposal - AG-0343-S-16-0071 - West Fork Water System Replacement Project Description: This project is for the replacement of the west work water system. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies (other than for those listed as Government-furnished items) and supervision necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Demolition: all existing electrical and plumbing equipment inside the existing pump house building, including removal of existing pump and drop pipe, and existing float system in the water storage tank. 2. Installation of new plumbing and electrical equipment in pump house, including new pump and drop pipe in existing well. 3. Installation of water supply line from existing pump house to existing water storage tank. Includes new tank entrance, and replacement of shut-off valve on overflow/drain line. Also includes installation of new control wires from water storage tank to pump house. 4. Drain and abandon existing water supply line as shown on drawings. Abandoned lines that conflict with proposed construction shall be removed as required. Abandoned lines not removed shall be capped at all open ends. 5. Includes clearing & grubbing, erosion control, and grading and seeding of all disturbed areas. The work is estimated to begin September 30, 2016 and completed by November 30, 2016 which is approximately 60 calendar days.
