All other RFQ terms and conditions remain unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 30 June 2016 GENERAL INFORMATION - SOLICITATION FA8903-16-Q-0008 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all applicable documents for the Conduct Activities for Base-Wide Well Decommissioning at sites OT001, LF016, CG037, CG038, CG039 and CG040 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma and sites WP001, WP002, ST012, LF014, SS016, SS017, DP019 and FT007 at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma solicitation have been posted/uploaded onto the FEDBIZOPPS website. Please note the following due dates: Questions Due: 2:00 PM CT on 8 July 2016 Quote Due Date: 2:00 PM CT on 5 Aug 2016 DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED: The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron/Environmental Contracting (772 ESS/PKS) at JBSA Lackland, TX, has been asked to provide activities for base-wide well decommissioning at sites OT001, LF016, CG037, CG038, CG039 and CG040 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma and sites WP001, WP002, ST012, LF014, SS016, SS017, DP019 and FT007 at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall perform all necessary activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance (POP) will be 12 months. REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The 772 ESS/PKS intends to award a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for well decommissioning efforts at Tinker and Altus Air Force Bases, Oklahoma. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this Acquisition is 562910 (size standard 750 employees). This requirement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of this solicitation are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents are posted with this announcement and made available for viewing in FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). Any amendments to the RFQ (if required) will be posted in FedBizOpps. Interested parties are reminded that they are responsible for checking FedBizOpps for new information concerning this requirement. Any communications with the Government from the date of this solicitation through contract award shall be directed in writing to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Ms. Christina G. Fernandez. Email correspondence shall be sent to Ms. Fernandez with a copy to the contract specialist, Ms. Kerry Blevins.
