Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability a of potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) or any other small business firms for a small business category type set-aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Sierra Pacific Network VISN 21, is conducting market research to determine potential sources that possess the skills, capabilities, and experience necessary to provide Endoscope Maintenance and Repair Services for VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, 975 Kirman Ave., Reno, Nevada, 89502. The performance period is anticipated to be for one (1) year. However, a determination may be made to include four (4) one (1) year option periods. Dates may be adjusted at time of award. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, delivery, facilities and resources necessary, with the exception of Government-furnished property and services, to provide maintenance and repair services for flexible scopes in accordance with the statement of work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $20.5 million. All questions shall be submitted in writing to jet.flores@va.gov All information received in response to this sources sought notice will be marked as proprietary and will be handled accordingly. This synopsis is for information purposes only and is neither to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Interested firms claiming one or more of these Socio-economic categories should send their information via email to jet.flores@va.gov not later than 3:30PM PST August 11, 2016 as specified above.
