- NOTICE OF INTENT BPA Order Number: D15PB00265 Title: Transformation to the New Outreach and Digital Services Platform Agency Contact Information: Acquisition Services Directorate, Interior Business Center, Department of the Interior, 381 Elden Street, Suite 4000, Herndon, VA 20170 Place of Performance: Work will be performed at the contractor's location. Delivery Schedule: Other Direct Costs (ODCs) to be purchased two (2) days after this notification is posted. NAICS Code: 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services BPA Order Period of Performance: September 25, 2015 through September 24, 2016 This notice of intent is to purchase a social media management system which will allow Halfaker & Associates LLC to transform and develop a new Military OneSource platform. This commercial item will be purchased on a sole-source basis under the "Transformation to the New Outreach and Digital Services Platform" BPA Order, which was awarded competitively under FAR 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules. Description of Requirement: The labor for the transformation and development of the new Military OneSource platform is under GSA Schedule contracts, but some of the other direct costs to support this requirement are open market items. The open market ODCs are essential to the successful completion of the work required for this BPA Order. Halfaker & Associates LLC is the current contractor under this BPA Order who will purchase the ODCs under the current ODC line item. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, responses received by August 5, 2016 will be considered by the Government. Information received from this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. AQD will not be responsible for any costs incurred by an interested party responding to this notice. This notice in no way obligates the Government to modify the existing BPA Order.
