August 3, 2016 The purpose of this amendment is to update Section C.4(#16) of the CBIS Project Costs Letter to clarify that airport profit is not reimburseable. As a result of this amendment, TSA is hereby issuing an updated copy of the EBSP Funding of CBIS Project Costs Letter, Version 2.0. ------------------------------------------
