- PWS/SOW and map INVASIVE SPECIES ERADICATION AND SHORTLEAF RESTORATION AT CAMP MCCAIN TRAINING CENTER The Mississippi National Guard (MSARNG) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to perform a three phase operation at Camp McCain Training Center (CMTC) to eradicate invasive species, conduct site preparation operations for shortleaf pine restoration area (herbicide), and plant shortleaf pine seedlings per attached PWS/SOW. Qualiifed and experienced contractors MUST have valid CAGE Code and DUNS and comply with CMRA (see SOW 5.2).
