Statement of Work for Room 156 installation This is a request for equipment replacement in our large conference room 156. This order is based on the existing equipment in that room that has reached it life expectancy. In an effort to upgrade some of the existing equipment we have this requirement allows for a professional installer and programmer to update the existing Crestron program so all equipment can be controlled from the Crestron. This program enhancement would allow for continued use by the VA National Center for Patent Safety. SCOPE OF WORK TO INSTALL NEW EQUIPMENT IN ROOM 156 "REMOVE OLD OVERHEAD PROJECTOR IN ROOM 156 "CLEAR OUT EXISTING CRESTRON PROGRAM AND RE-WRITE A BRAND NEW CODE TO "INCLUDE CONTROL OF ALL AUDIO/VIDEO EQUIPMMENT "INSTALL GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT (OVERHEAD PROJECTOR) NEC DLP PROJECTOR "INSTALL NEW DVD GOVERMNMENT FURNISH EQUIPMENT MAGNOVOX DVD PLAYER "CLAIBRATE AND TEST ALL FUNCTIONS "TRAIN AT LEAST 1 END USER ON THE OPERATION OF ALL FUNCTIONS "PROVIDE THE END USER WITH PROGRAM CODE UPON JOB COMPLETION
