11 LARO004 Exhibit C Assigned Land UPDATED LARO004-17 Responses and Amendment No. 1 The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation for proposals to operate a full service marina, merchandise sales, and food & beverage services at Kettle Falls within Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. Amendment No. 1 provides responses to the questions asked as well as updates to the Prospectus. All potential offerors should read the responses and the amendment to the prospectus as the information may assist in preparing a proposal. The Prospectus, and all amendments, are available on the National Park Service Commercial Services website at https://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm. Any proposal must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on August 30, 2016.
