- IGF::OT::IGF LOWTX REPLACE PLAYGROUND SURFACES for multiple park areas, p. 16 of specifications PROJECT: PMIS 215910 REPLACE PLAYGROUND SURFACES IN NATIONAL CAPITAL PARKS EAST. This requirement consists of resurfacing four to five playground areas in National Capital Parks - East park areas of: Maryland Avenue and 10th Street (1 area); Fairfax Village Playgrounds (2 areas), Alabama Avenue between 37th and 38th Streets SE; Randall Circle in Fort Dupont Park (1 area); and Anacostia Park as a separate bid item. Areas are to be resurfaced with poured-in-place rubber surfacing to a depth of 2.5 inches. Work includes removing and disposing of existing surfacing; and installing and compacting stone base as needed; and repair of turf after construction activities.
