- (11) A. Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section C are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. REQUIREMENTS: System #1 Qty Part # Description 1 EM-CPU System Processor Module for Echelon IP67 Ruggedized Data Acquisition System. Each Processor Module accepts up to four input modules to support a variety of signal inputs. Standard support for 2 CAN (1 HT Module Dedicated), 16 DI, 4 DO, and 4 Quadratures. Includes AC/DC adapter with DC power cable, 64 GB or larger industrial temperature rated SSD, 2-Port CAN Breakout Cable, 2 Dovetail Endcaps and Aspire Software with single off-line license. 1 EP-BAT Echelon Standard Battery Pack. Provides 80 Wh of continuous based on system configuration. Limits operating temperature to -20 to 70 Deg C. 3 EM-HDO-350 High Density Input Module with Analog Out for Echelon System. Sixteen independent 24-bit, 100 kS/s digitizers, ±10mV to ±4V Input Ranges. On-board support for Full, 1/2 and 1/4 bridges with software selectable excitation for strain measurements. Additional support for accelerometer, thermocouple, higher input range available through external breakout connectors. Includes Analog Out Option. 1 HT-TCS-K IP67 Sealed Sixteen Channel CAN/USB Isolated Type-K Thermocouple Module for PC, Synergy and Echelon Systems. -40 to 80C operating temperature, ADC per channel, 10 S/s sampling rate, 500 V channel-to-channel, channel-to-ground isolation. Requires additional cable for connection to Synergy, PC, or Echelon. 1 EP-UP-S256 Internal Industrial Temperature Rated 256 GB Solid State Drive Upgrade for Echelon System. Option replaces standard 64 GB SSD drive with 256 GB Drive (EA-SSD-256). 3 EC-HDO-BNC Echelon High-Density Input Module Analog Out BNC Breakout Cable. Supports 16 Channels. 1 EC-TC-CN-10 Thermocouple Module to Echelon Chassis CAN Connection Cable. Connects HT-TC to Echelon Chassis. Includes terminator. [10 Meters] 6 EC-HD-FL Echelon High-Density Input Module 8-Channel Flying Lead Breakout Cable. Supports EM-HD and EM-HL Modules. 6 EC-HD-BNC Echelon High-Density Input Module 8-Channel BNC Breakout Cable. Supports EM-HD and EM-HL Modules. 2 EC-HD-IEPE Echelon IEPE Connection Cable. Extends capability of EM-HD and EM-HL to support IEPE type sensors. Cable supports 8 Channels. Adapts 62-pin male connector to individual male BNC input connectors. Supports EM-HD and EM-HL Modules. 1 TRAINING On-Site Echelon / Aspire Training for one full day, up to 10 Attendees 2 FREIGHT Shipping charges per system C.
