- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (https://www.fbo.gov/) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-16-T-3156. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-89 and DFARS Change Notice 20160630. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 337127 and the Small Business Standard is 500 Employees. This is a 100 % small business set aside solicitation, the Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing crew training room furniture for the USS Chung-Hoon in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The requirement is listed below: CLIN 0001: QTY 1 GRP Period of Performance 15 August 2016 30 September 2016 Shipboard Habitability Furniture for the USS Chung-Hoon crew training room in accordance with the Statement of Work and the Training Room Drawing. Period of performance is 15 August 2016 thru 30 September 2016. Services are required at Pearl Harbor, JBPHH, HI 96860. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified. Procedures in FAR 13.106 are applicable to this procurement. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a combination of the lowest priced technically acceptable offer and a determination of responsibility. The Contracting Officer will rank offerors from lowest to highest price, and review the technical quotes of the three lowest priced offers, if those offers are rated technically acceptable, then award will be made without further evaluating the technical quotes of other offers. The award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The contract will result in an award of a Firm-Fixed Priced Supply Type contract. The Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award.
