Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953, intends to solicit offers for two (2) podiatric exam chairs. The chairs shall have the following minimum specifications: "minimum access low height lower than 19" "maximum high height 40" "Patient Transfer Position (PTP): must have FLAT-back position at 19" for true safe patient handling and wheelchair transfer "Chair position or flat table position at any height "Foot section can be raised to 57" high "Seamless/sealed foot control for cleaning/infection control that controls chair positioning "Integrated touch controls and foot control standard "450 lb. capacity "Laterally adjustable/removable chair arms "Cut out seat for patient comfort "Removable upholstery top system for cleaning and easy replacement (no tools needed) "Power height, power backrest, power trendelenburg tilt, power footrest "Home Button to return to starting position "Removable Leg Wrapping Support feature(Wound care leg rest) "30 inch wide seat. 26 inch wide foot rest. "No knee break "Extendable Footrest and Debris Tray "Tri Function Foot Programmable Foot Control with cover "Back Mounted Paper Roll Holder "No Swivel Base Contractors that can provide podiatry chairs that meet the minimum specifications above are requested to send their 1. Company Name, 2. DUNS number, 3. business size under NAICS 339113, and 4. If the item(s) are available on a FSS contract or not and the FSS contract number if it is available on contract, 5.
