- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for janitorial services located at within the vicinity of Eugene district area of responsibility. The performance period is from date of award through five years if all option periods are exercised. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options. The NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is $18 million. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.212-2. See solicitation for detailed information and instructions.
