Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability and potential qualifications of service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, veteran owned small businesses, and small businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). The Department of Veteran's Affairs is seeking veteran owned small business manufacturers, or veteran owned small business distributors of small business manufacturers, of the following or functionally equivalent equipment to the following: GE Infinia Pinhole Collimator and Cart (#H2505TM) to include: one (1) Pinhole Collimator to Tc-99m, 1-123, and 1-131 imaging. Collimator is mounted on a dedicated Collimator cart. Pinhole Collimator is for use with Infinia Hawkeye 4 camera. Equivalent equipment must be compatible with Infinia Hawkeye 4 camera. Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience for providing this product. Please include your business size and veterans certification, if any, with your submittal. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334516 and the small business size standard is 1000 Employees. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to arlene.blade@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 3:00 pm Central Standard Time on August 9, 2016.
