Description

Combo/RFQ Statement of Work Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89; DEFENSE FAR SUPPLEMENT (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20160802, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2016-0603. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 711130, with a small business size standard of $11,000,000.00. The Shaw Air Force Base Chapel, located in Sumter, SC, is seeking to procure Sunday Evening Catholic Mass Musician services for a base year plus four (4) option years in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Combo/RFQ.
