Description

Pre Solicitation Notice VA Palo Alto Health Care System Palo Alto, CA The VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Palo Alto, CA s requesting the services of a contractor to assist VAPAHCS Videographer, Adan Pulido, in filming eight high-quality education and skill-training digital videos for a research study. Filming will consist of audio/visual recording of the PI explaining, introducing and demonstrating behavioral skills. The PI is the main talent, who is a paid government employee (non-union). Older adult actors (recruited by the PI and consent for use of image/audio obtained by PI) will also be filmed demonstrating behavioral skills, while audio recording the PI explaining the demonstration of behavioral skills. These older adult actors are volunteers who expressed interest in the project. Filming is to take place on VA Palo Alto campus in Palo Alto, CA, and is estimated to last four to six consecutive days. No per diem or travel funds are included in the contract. The timeframe for this award is to be completed in the next few months. Bidders are advised to carefully review all documents and submit requests for information if clarifications or additional information is required. The solicitation is scheduled to release on or about August 04, 2016. Tentative quote due date is scheduled for August 11, 2016 at 12:00PM. Exact due date and time will be provided on solicitation.
