This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name or equal commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice for the Ft. Wayne, Indiana VA Medical Center. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. VA250-16-Q-0480 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This is a veteran owned small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 333415. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the contracting officer.
