- Wage Rates Clauses Floor Plan/Map Scope This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for rental of berthing trailer prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-16-Q-8GE191. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition circular 2007. This acquisition is set aside small business. The NAICS code is 332311. The small business size standard is 500. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Evaluation Process: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. Please review all attachments; in addition the following requirements must also be met. 1) 5 bedrooms with 4 of the bedrooms having the capacity to hold 2 sets of bunk beds in order to sleep 4 people; 1 room with the capacity to hold 1 bunk bed set in order to sleep 2 people. 2) Each bedroom to have a full bathroom and closets 3) 1 common living space for crew to watch TV, play games and gather 4) An area to hook up a washer and dryer 5) Delivery, anchor, and Pick-Up must be included Evaluation Process: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
