Description
This action was previously advertised under N68936-16-R-0035. That number has bene cancelled and is now issued under N68936-16-T-0314. Description: The Naval Air Systems Command, Weapons Division Contracts Department (Code 2.5.4.3), China Lake, California intends to procure, on a full and open competition basis, a Firm Fixed Price contract for the relocation of an existing H-60 Alignment Repair Fixture between two buildings located on FRCSW, San Diego, CA. The contractor will be required to verify and record the alignment of the H-60 fixture, disassemble from its current location and relocate, reassemble, and re-align the fixture to its original specifications in Building 325. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219. Offerors will be evaluated on the basis of a Lowest Price, Technical Acceptable (LPTA) process. It is anticipated that the solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 10 Aug 2016 and will run a minimum of 10 days. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from the website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and any associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes, may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Any questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to david.channer@navy.mil. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO. See the DLIS website for registration details: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. See FAR 5.207 to ensure preparation and transmittal requirements are met.
