Description
Amendment to Solicitation This amendment is to clarify the Government's requirement to procure the following UH-1H and Bell 212 Spare parts and components: Nomenclature: UH-1H Main Rotor Blades (*NEW), NSN: 1615-01-092-1256, P/N: 204-011-250-113, Estimated Quantity: Two (2) Nomenclature: Bell 212 Tailboom Serviceable used with no more than 1,000 flight hours, no history of major repairs and no history of accidents; with all current Bell Service Bulletins applied, P/N: 212-030-100-229, Estimated Quantity: One (1) Nomenclature: Hoist, Internal Rescue (*NEW), NSN: 1730-01-474-1646, P/N: 42305-3, OEM Goodrich, Estimated Quantity: One (1) Nomenclature: Internal Auxiliary Fuel System (*NEW), P/N: HMO 18-010-11, OEM Robertson Fuel Systems, Estimated Quantity: Ten (10) Nomenclature: UH-1H Floor Armoring (*NEW), P/N: UH1H-7000 Kit (UH1H-7001, UH1H-7002, UH1H-7003, and UH1H-7004), Standard NIJ 0108.01Class Level III Ballistic Rating, OEM Kinetic Defense, Estimated Quantity: Five (5) *NEW (NE) parts are: 1. Parts that are a new product, assembly accessory, component, part or material produced on conformity with approval data that is accompany by a manufacturer's material certification at the time of sale and has no operating time or cycles. 2. These parts may have passed through many distributors/resellers hands, but packaging is sealed, outside markings are legible (Part Number, Serial Number, Date of Manufacture, and lot number) and documentation is provided to trace custody back to the OEM of the item. The Government will not accept partial bids. To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror must include pricing specified on all items in the condition specified in Appendix A to the Statement of Work (SOW) and the above definition of "New Parts" or none. Proposals to this amendment are due no later than 1300 CST on 9 August 2016 and shall be sent to the Contract Specialist, Ms. LaTonya L. Robinson electronically at latonya.l.robinson.civ@mail.mil. Telephone offers will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
