Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to Sole Source a Firm Fixed price contract to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) to provide professional certification opportunity to approximately 200 Human Capital Career Service employees over a period of five (5) years. Tasks include: Delivery of certification instruction, review, testing and certification. SHRM strong capabilities in both aspects of Human Resource (HR) and professional certification process on a Body of Competency and Knowledge (BoCK) ensure students can demonstrate their understanding of the material during the certification process. Market research indicated that a number of organizations and institutions offer certificate programs, but they do not certify HR professionals, they only prepare students for the recognized HR certifications. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL.
