Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into an "other than full and open competition", sole source agreement with ConexSys Inc. for the Interventional Radiology Information System which is HI-IQ software install and subscription with base plus 4 option years. This is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(B)(1)(i), only one responsible source is capable of meeting this requirement. The HI-IQ software and installation will include yearly subscription and support for: Department of Veterans Affairs Seattle VA Medical Center 1660 S. Columbian Way Seattle, WA. 98108 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
