This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number VA248-16-Q-1211 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTIVE PROCUREMENT for Self-Care Housing and Wheelchair Assisted Transportation Services at the James A. Haley VA Hospital, Tampa, Florida. The associated NAICS code is 721110. THE FIRM SHALL be registered in SAM and verified in the following website to be eligible for award: www.sam.gov. NOTE: OFFERS ARE SOLICITED ONLY FROM VENDORS WITH PROPRIETORSHIP AUTHORITY OVER HOTELS/MOTELS. THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATORS, SUB-LEASERS, PERSONS AND ENTITIES WITHOUT PROPRIETORSHIP (OWNERSHIP) AUTHORITY OVER HOTELS/MOTELS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR A CONTRACT AWARD AND NEED NOT APPLY. Offerors MUST ensure compliance with all registrations in the website(s). All information must be accurate, complete and current (not expired). The Contracting Officer is not responsible for the information contractors register. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for contractor registration at the website(s). ALL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION/QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and sent to James L. The subject line heading for all email questions is "RFQ VA248-16-Q-1211 Question(s). NO VERBAL/TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. A Bidder's mailing list WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed; as it is the Offerors responsibility to register their firm on the Fedbizopps website (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are responsible for document and amendment retrieval for this RFQ at www.fbo.gov.; periodic visits to the website to look for updates. Haley VA Hospital have a requirement for eighteen (18) weekly rooms, five (5) weekend rooms and wheelchair assisted transportation. VA anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract on September 1, 2016; based on the contents of this solicitation. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE AND RETURN ALL INFORMATION DESIGNATED IN FAR CLAUSE 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS, PRIOR TO THE CLOSE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED IN THIS RFQ TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
