Description
DOMOPS Aircraft Modular Approach System - J&A The operators of the 210th Rescue Squadron are required to operate in the harshest climates on earth. Regularly conducting real world operations in arctic conditions while simultaneously training for, and deploying to some of the most challenging conditions in the world. Therefore, they require products that ensure operators are capable of performing in a variety of extreme conditions where product failure can quite literally lead to loss of life. These products must have a proven track record of withstanding extreme arctic conditions (or desert, combat operations, etc.) while also allowing for maximum function and performance for the personnel operating and maintaining the HH60G Pave low Helicopter system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All items below are being procured on a Sole Source basis. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 332312. 0001 - DOMOPS Aircraft Modular Approach Shoring Component; Item Q6971; 24" x 94"; 6 Each 0002 - DOMOPS Aircraft Modular Approach Shoring Component; Item Q6915; 28" x 24" WEDGE w/ Traction Plate Surface (Pooch); 12 Each 0003 - DOMOPS Aircraft Modular Approach Shoring Component; Item Q5467; RAMP PAD; 12 Each 000-4 - 1 each: Shipping to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) AK 99506 Additional Information: Aircraft Loading Ramps must be modular in design and facilitate ease of set-up and storage. Ramps should fit easily inside the HH60G Pave Low Helicopter and take up considerably less room than wooden ramps. Aircraft Loading Ramps require Internal Air Transport Certification by AFLCM & approved for transporting DAMAS components on USAF C-130, C-130J-30, C-17 and C-5 aircraft. Loading Ramps must be constructed in metal or other non-wooden materials which will handle the weight and dimension limitations of the Internal Air Transport Certification letter by AFLCM. Please include shipping directly to JBER AK 99506. Firms that believe that they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only written notice. Basis for award will be the best value to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (item specifications) and Price. The following provisions are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Alt I Offeror Representations and Certificates-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered with the System for Award management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Payments for the resulting contract will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractors can register for WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
