Attachment 1 - Wage Rates Billings. ND 1-5-2016 Solicitation Contract Clauses and Scope of Services SF 1449 - P16PX02485 - THRO Native Seed Collection This is a Combined Synopses / Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is P16PX02485 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. This is set aside for Small Business. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code: 115112 Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating (Size Standard $7.50) Period of Performance: Date of award through January 31, 2019 Description: This is a NEW Requirement. The National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC) is requesting seed from indigenous forbs and shrubs will be collected in Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. Collection will be along or near (within 1 mile) of established roads. Seed collected will then be cleaned to remove inert material and non-target species. Cleaned seed will be sent to an approved and certified seed testing lab to test for non-target seed species and viability, then delivered to the Park. Reporting will be required following collections and following cleaning. The contractor shall perform the following tasks: travel to the park, conduct reconnaissance trips to find and evaluate collection populations and seed maturity, collect seed and cuttings, clean native seed, send collected seed out for testing, and deliver seed back to the Park. **Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond.
