- Notice of Intent to Solicit and Award a Brand Name Contract Atola Technology, Insight Forensic Disk Imaging System Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSCPAC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract on a competitive basis for Atola Technology, Insight Forensic Disk System with 4 extensions (MAC, M2, SAS, and 10Gbit). Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334118 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement of providing these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided.
