- Solicitation W15QKN-16-Q-0118 The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published in the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov), on or about 8 August 2016. The solicitation will consist of a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Army Contracting Command - NJ Fort Dix, New Jersey intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) W15QKN-16-Q-0018 for Challenge Titan 200 Electric Programmable Cutter with Light Beams, or equal. This requirement is open to 100% small businesses. The contract period is delivery 30 days after receipt of award. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333318 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. BROAD DESCRIPTION of WORK: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the listed requirements as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this PWS. The proposed contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding of any contract resulting from this solicitation. A contractor can contact SAM by calling 1-866-606-8220 or locate registration information at www.fsd.gov. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. All invoices subject to payment by the Defense Accounting and Finance Office shall be submitted through Wide Area Work Flow. You can register at https://wawf.eb.mil/ BASIS OF AWARD: Award shall be made to a single offeror. Quotes must include prices for each item listed in order that quotes may be properly evaluated. Failure to do this shall be cause for rejection of the entire quote. Award shall be made to a single contractor. Award shall be made to that responsive, responsible offeror whose total aggregate price is lowest. All questions shall be in writing and emailed to Theresa Eckstein at theresa.m.eckstein.civ@mail.mil
