- Specifications The Iraq Support Unit at the American Embassy in Amman - Jordan, invites all qualified vendors to submit a quotation for: •- Platform Containers, f/ Portable LZ Size: 40' X 8', Steel Construction, without sides, ends and roof to be used for odd-sized cargo which does not fit on or in any other type of container, Tare Weight: 12,568 lbs., Payload capacity : 86,656 lbs., Internal Length: 12.19m, Internal Width: 2.44m. •- QTY: 10 Shipping destination: kindly give us two shipping options, door to door to American Embassy Baghdad via surface freight, and NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ 08902. Payment: Net 30 days EFT. Notes: 1. The vendor should have active registration in sam.gov 2. The shipping cost should be written separately. 3. The vendor should mention the delivery date in the quote. The Iraq Support Unit, American Embassy - Amman, intends to award a purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations/ proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
