Description
Last revised: 7/23/14 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-16-T-3169. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-89 and DFARS Publication Notice 20160802. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 532111 and the Small Business Standard is $38.5 Million. This requirement IS NOT a set aside for small business. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Department requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001: 1 Group: 7 ea Mid-size Sedan, 6 ea Mini-van (7 passenger), and 5 ea 15 passenger vans, WITHOUT Collision Damage Waiver, for the period 10 Aug 2016 through 2 Sep 2016, including all surcharges, license fees, and GET. CLIN 0002: 1 Group: 3 ea Mini-van (7 passenger) and 1 ea 15 passenger van, WITHOUT Collision Damage Waiver, for the period 16 Aug 2016 through 1 Sep 2016, including all surcharges, license fees, and GET. Delivery is Government Pickup. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
