RFQ Document HC102816T0187 Attachment 6 - Historical Maintenance Attachment 5 - HVAC Inventory Listing Attachment 4 - Evaluation Tables Attachment 3 - Past Performance Attachment 2 - QASP Attachment 1 - PWS Solicitation document JITC is seeking a new maintenance contract with two option years which includes a Firm Fixed Price CLIN for preventative Maintenance and a Time & Materials CLIN for Emergency Services (24x7x365) ; and a Not to Exceed (NTE) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLIN for Unscheduled Maintenance, Services, and Repairs. JITC currently has seventy-five (75) HVAC units in use in eleven (11) separate buildings. It is vital that these units be properly maintained to ensure the Command's essential communications and testing equipment are protected from damages due to overheating. The preventive maintenance checks, services (filter replacement, cleaning, lubrication, etc.), and minor repairs greater reduce the incidents of costly repairs or replacement actions to the units; increase efficiency, which results in an overall cost savings to the Command.
